Bulletin Submission Process
Requests for approval need to be submitted a minimum of 10 days before the bulletin date by emailing it to:

Bulletin requests should answer the following questions:
Who, What, Where, When, Why….and possibly How
Who is the audience for the event What is the event for When and Where is the event scheduled
Why should I participate in this event How do I get more information
All bulletin submissions should be in Microsoft Word or Publisher and electronic submissions are preferred.
